Ozone therapy in oxidative stress disorders and evaluation of C-reactive proteins [abstract]
2018
It is well recognized that oxidative stress and oxidative damage to DNA, RNA, protein and cell membranes is responsible for early ageing and lifestyle disorders. In various pathological conditions the main problem is related to a rapid increase in the cellular ROS concentration that exceeds the capacity of the cell to eliminate them. ROS derived from the ozone therapy can exert its protective effects by means of an oxidative preconditioning, stimulating and/or preserving the endogenous antioxidant systems. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the ozone effects, in a preliminary clinical treatment in the oxidative stress disorders. We enrolled 12 patients having type2 diabetes who were prone…
Extra Corporeal Oxygenation & Ozonation, EBOO & AQUAPHERESIS method of Ozone Therapy, Clinical Application in Chronic Diseases [abstract]
2018
Introduction: The top 10 causes of death around the world are usually ranked with heart diseases, cancers, drugs/medication/iatrogenic chemicals, strokes etc. These are totally detectable, predictable, avoidable, preventable because it is classified as non-communicable diseases. Acute diseases are denoted by acute inflammation which has intensive cell-cell communications, resulting intensive repair rebuilding rehabilitation and it is life extending. Often it is self defensive and we over come it. The real culprit for chronic diseases is chronic inflammations, denoted by constant & silent, undetectable & insensible lost of cell-cell signaling, basement membrane disease, tight junctio…
Ozone and autologous therapies [abstract]
2019
PURPOSE: One of the proven effects of Ozone Therapy, is the releasing of Growth Factors from Platelets. Some other therapies can have similar effects. Autologous Therapies can be defined as “The therapy that is done by transferring cells, tissues, body liquids originating from the recipient rather than from donor.” The purpose of this presentation is to give information on those therapies.

DISCUSSION: There are several therapies in this group, such as Stem Cell Therapies, Dentric Cell Vaccine Therapy, Autologous immune enhancement therapy, etc. But most of them are so difficult that we can not practise at office conditions where some therapies can be done at small clinic and pr…
Ozone Therapy as treatment for severe cases without good evolution in ophthalmology [abstract]
2019
PURPOSE: In ophthalmology many diseases lead to irreversible blindness, something that implies millions of dollars in care because people with these difficulties loose their autonomy, becoming dependent in all their everyday activities.
This presentation will focus on clinical cases of the following pathologies treated with Ozone Therapy because all these were already being treated in a conventional way without signs of improvement. They are primary open-angle glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, occlusion of the central retinal artery, facial paralysis and herpetic polyneuropathy associated with orbital apex syndrome.

Scientific approach for ozone absorption in blood during systemic indirect endovenous ozonetherapy
2018
Introduction.
Reading reference ozone books from Dra. Menendez, Dra. Viebhan, Dra. Borrelli and Dr. Bocci, proper timing for mixing ozone in blood during autohemotherapy is not calculated in a scientific way, having only an estimation of it based on changes in the blood color, more related to oxygen absorption than on ozone itself.

 Material and methods.
We decided to reproduce a reduced model of great autohemotherapy or recently renamed as systemic indirect endovenous ozonotherapy (SIEVO) by the World Federation of Ozone Therapy – WFOT, using syringes to simplify the experiment. Our model consisted of a 20 mL syringe filled with 10 mL of blood withdrawn from healthy…
OZONE THERAPY: TERATOGENIC STUDY OF OZONE. POSSIBLE INDICATIONS IN OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY
2018
Ozone is a powerful oxidant, surpassed, in this regard, only by fluorine. Its doubtless strong reactivity has contributed to establish the dogma that ozone is always toxic and its medical application must be proscribed. However, ozone therapy has been used for therapeutic purposes since the beginning of the last century and its use is increasingly demanded nowadays. For proper enlightenment and guidance of the person interested in the use of ozone for medical purposes, scientific documentation on the safety/toxicity profile of this acclaimed procedure becomes necessary. Taking into account that the National Health Regulatory Agencies require of documentation with scientific trials for sanit…
EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF OZONE THERAPY FOR PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS B: A MULTICENTER, RANDOMIZED CLINICAL TRIAL
2018
Background. Ozone therapy has a long history. Some studies proved that ozone therapy was useful in treatment of virus hepatitis. Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of new medical ozone therapy system for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Method. One hundred eighty-nine patients with chronic hepatitis B were included in this open-label, phase 3 study, and randomly assigned to receive ozone autohemotherapy with experimental ozone generator TianYi (group 1) or with ozone generator Humares (group 2) or oral diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules (group 3) in a 1:1:1 ratio for 12 weeks. The primary efficacy end point was sera HBV DNA level of less than 1×103 IU/ml or having a more t…
Ozonated Water, Ozonated Water, Ozonated Oil and its Products
2018
Most of us are aware that ozone is basically a treatment of pure oxygen and its effect on the human body is even better. As our human body is made up of 70% of water, we used ozone in many different way, one of them is what we know as ozonated water. As ozone when mix in water it diluted thoroughly and highly purifies the water, as it is soluble in water. It maintain its tri-oxygen identity. Biological Properties of Ozonated Water: • It kills viruses, bacteria, fungi and algae on contact. • It breakdown harmful synthetic chemicals into less dangerous molecules. • It purifies the blood by rupturing the cell wall of the microorganisms. …
Neurological deficits like CVA, Trigeminal neuralgia, Post herpetic neuralgia, Meningitis, Cervical Myelopathy, Demyelinating Disease, Acoustic Neuro…
2018
Patients and methods. A total number of 35 patients with neurological deficits, like cerebrovascular accident (CVA), trigeminal neuralgia, post herpetic neuralgia, meningitis, cervical myelopathy, demyelinating disease, acoustic neuroma, muscular neuropathy and parkinsonism were treated with ozone therapy in our institution. Results. Group 1) Hemorrhagic - 6 patients Group 2) Ischemic - 29 Patients Both the groups showed improvement varying from 20% to 100%: • Hemorrhagic patients took more time for improvement as compare to ischemic group. • Hemorrhagic patients showed partial recovery. • Ischemic group showed almost 90% - 100% recovery. Patients who received ozone therapy after 12 months …
Clinical behavior of children with infantile cerebral palsy after ozone therapy
2018
Objective.
The aim of this study was to determine the usefulness of ozone therapy in the treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy (ICP).

 Patients and methods.
A non-controlled clinical assay was made in the Ozone Research Center (CIO), Havana, Cuba from January 2013 to January 2014. The sample was constituted by patients remitted to pediatrics consultation of CIO, to whom inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. The study group involved 45 patients, from 1 month of birth to 8 years, with cerebral palsy of hypoxic-ischemic cause. The evaluation criteria were: evolution of the motor disorder according to the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) scale…
